As a Corrections Facility Maintenance Manager for the DOC, you will be responsible for providing supervisory oversight to facility maintenance and trades staff in the performance of routine and specialized maintenance, construction, and repair tasks for the institution. Duties include planning, assigning, directing, and coordinating daily operations. You will determine staffing needs and priorities based on facility goals and objectives, and submit an annual department budget. In addition, you will provide supervisory oversight to facility maintenance and trades staff in the performance of routine and specialized maintenance, construction, and repair tasks.
