  • Responsible for driving compliance of service center processes by maintaining accuracy and reconciliation of all material within the warehouse.

  • Drive the daily cycle count execution, discrepancy investigation, and works with management to perform inventory adjustments.

  • Works within the Cycle Count Program at the Erie-Plant- completing counts, researching location discrepancies, and assisting in the implementation of countermeasures.

  • Ability to communicate and partner with multiple departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.

  • Help develop action steps to minimize inventory discrepancies and make recommendations on programs to improve inventory management.

  • Work with material quality assurance helping to develop/implement and controlling audit/reporting process.

  • Use and operate RF scanner.

  • Utilize computer to complete job functions and operate D365 software system.

  • Responsible for cycle count parts.

  • Responsible for removal of parts from racks to count, clean, and when necessary, apply labels. Consolidate like parts and transact any movements in the system to maintain inventory accuracy. Remove unnecessary shrink wrap and broken hardboard and discard to keep areas clean organized.

  • Will work in elevated heights.

  • Responsible for safety operation of all PLT (power lift trucks) and manual hand jacks(s).

  • Will take parts in and out of the inspection area, physically and within the system as needed.

  • Will return product to stock from canceled orders, quality inspection and excess product from assembly ensuring system is properly updated for inventory accuracy.

  • Will assist with taking product from "Overflow locations" and fill product locations. Will assist in updating/ reconciling E/O sheet.

  • Ability to follow scrap process and adjust accordingly into RF gun.

  • Will palletize as needed.

  • Perform other miscellaneous work as needed.

  • 5/s cleanliness: Clean work area at the end of each shift to ensure it's clean, safe, and orderly.

  • Safety: Maintain sound safety practices and follow all safety regulations per company policy and safety manual at all times. Notify supervision if any unsafe conditions exist. Use all required PPE, guarding, and inspecting areas for cleanliness and safe operation. No food is allowed in the work area.

  • Continuous Improvement: Continued partnership with production manager to help provide information as it pertains to the Zurn business system tools, including metrics, charts, graphs, sheets and VDM boards, as needed for sound production efficiencies.
